Either when you are first registering on the membership form or on your profile page, to activate the league team list you must first fill in the checkbox for "League Play". See the image below: |

Once the checkbox is checked. The following list will appear: |

Fill in the checkboxes for the leagues that apply to you. Once complete, click the "Submit" or "Update" button at the bottom of the form. |
